
Internal Auditing Course
During this course you will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal audits with a focus on food safety. You will also gain an appreciation and understanding how the NZ food legislation and Australia New Zealand Food Standard Code relate to a food safety system.
This course includes an on-site internal audit activity in the processing area.

Principles and purpose of auditing
Audit types (International Standards BRCGS, IFS22000, ISO22000, SQF), food control plans, national programmes, customer supplier audit standards and their roles
Overview of NZ food legislation and the Australia New Zealand Food Standard Code
