The Introductory Food Safety and Hygiene and Food Contamination and Control courses have a short quiz assessment to reinforce key learnings.

Training topics are tailored to the training objective and participants and therefore the time for the training course varies according to these.

Training topics are flexible and can also be a combination of topics from any of the courses offered.
